HOW TO USE:
1 tea morning, 1hour before breakfast and 1 tea at night 2hours after dinner.
Boil water till it starts boiling, take one tea, tear it and pour the contents into the boiling water, bring down after 1 minute of pour the tea into the water. Allow to cool down and drink warm.
